TESTBOX is a compact and portable hardware platform for design validation, design debug, functional testing and failure analysis of modern ICs with high number of IOs operating at high frequencies. TESTBOX comes with a set of daughter-board dedicated to different types of DUT. Its reconfigurable motherboard/daughter-board architecture makes TESTBOX a flexible and small recurring cost solution. 

TESTBOX is compatible with pulsed laser stimulation, it can also operate in most harsh environments and is totally remote controlled via Ethernet communication interface.
